The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home. The room amenities were top-notch, with tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and free toiletries. The wi-fi in the rooms worked well, allowing us to stay connected. The dining experience was excellent, with delicious food and a variety of options. we were impressed with the service and facilities provided by this hotel.

Great New Year stay! the pool was amazing, and the food was delicious with variety. the location was also perfect as it was close to the attractions.

The staff could be a bit pushy with trying to book massages and asking about meal times. some of the bathroom amenities were not restocked regularly.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a modern feel to it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large bathrooms that were clean and well-maintained. the pool was a great feature and provided a nice escape from the busy city.
